“We got a taste for Gina’s turmoil over not having magical powers in the first book, but now Enchanted Desire really delves into how much the fear and disappointment associated with her perceived lack has affected Gina. While successful, she casts doubt on who she is because of what it’s expected she be.
I really enjoyed this book. We still saw our previous friends Jake and Kat from the first book, but Gina and the sweet, protective Eric took the forefront of the story with plenty of self-discovery, reluctant interest and, of course, a healthy dose of sexy. While it ended on a bit of a cliffhanger for the overall plot (even continuing from the first book, really), it still came to a satisfying ending for our leads, so there isn’t any disappointment.
Very much looking forward to what happens to our Enchanted friends when book three rolls out.”
